The location was great for seeing everything the city offers. breakfast had a nice selection of tasty food items. the staff offered discounts for local restaurants. This helped a lot. airport transfer arrangements were seamless, this made arrival and departure easy.
there were no tea making facilities inside my room, this was a small inconvenience.

The hotel had a great location, very easy for walking and using public transportation. the breakfast included sparkling water, i found it a nice touch. employees were kind and helpful. I could watch many channels on the tv in my room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. wifi worked well and the room was quiet! breakfast had a good variety. trams and the metro are only a 5 minute walk away. It felt safe to walk around even at night.
The room did not have air-conditioning, a fridge, or an electric kettle. All could be provided at an extra cost, but still it was inconvenient!

the breakfast was really good. i found much variety, and everything seemed fresh. the location suited me well. it allowed easy access to many historical sites. the room was also of a good size. it was very comfortable for the nights i stayed.
the air conditioning didn't work well. it mostly just blew warm air. there was no view from my room. it just faced a wall with other windows. there weren't tea making facilities in the room.
